The BCFA held their third Dublin Open Exhibition on Thursday 13th June at the newly refurbished and stunning Alex Hotel situated in the heart of Dublin.

Thirty-six exhibitors showcased their latest products in the extravagant Orient Suite which featured a bold statement carpet by BCFA Member Ulster Carpets and tables and chairs from a hospitality range by Burgess Furniture. Both member companies were exhibiting at the show.

After a well organised morning set up, the show opened at 2pm and there was an excited buzz in the room as the visitors started coming through. The room was laid out to provide ease of access for clients to walk around comfortably and take their time speaking to exhibitors at the show. The first few hours enticed over 100 visitors through the door.

The drinks and nibbles reception began at 4.30pm which brought in more visitors as they finished work and came by for a drink and walk around the show. There was lively interaction around the room and the welcoming atmosphere gave the guests a chance to network with other visitors and exhibitors for the remainder of the evening.

The show saw around 150 attendees altogether, including some top Irish interior design firms. The exhibitors were extremely impressed with the quality of visitors this year.

We received some fantastic feedback from the exhibitors. The new central location received a great deal of praise plus the design of the room and the excellent lighting which showed off their new product ranges to perfection. It was a fantastic success and we would like to thank all exhibitors for making it such a great show!
