We will be joined by a new BCFA member at this years BCFA Open Dublin. The ROMO group will be debuting their latest collections of stunning contract fabrics and wallcoverings on stand 5.

Contracts Manager, Tony Butler has reached out to answer our quick fire questions and tell us what he’s most excited about showcasing at this unique pop-up exhibition…Tony ButlerHave you noticed any design trends in your sector that differentiate British design and Irish design?
Many of the products we have sold into the UK and Eire have been well received and have had a similar sales pattern.  Our Irish account base have been very price sensitive.

Why is the BCFA Open Dublin an unmissable opportunity for you?
Following the down turn in 2008 we lost a huge number of customers and as a consequence our commercial side has become very fragmented, We see the Dublin Event as great opportunity to join the dots and reconnect with old friends and make new acquaintances too.

What’s your current bestseller in Ireland?
Our small weave ranges have had a great reaction, especially our Tremont weaves.  Some of the hotel groups have done especially well with these designs.

What are you most excited about highlighting at the BCFA Open and why?
In the past 12 months the ROMO Group have made significant investment in Trevira branded products and also holding FR qualities in stock. The BCFA Open will give us a perfect platform to broadcast to Ireland that we are ready to do business with the Contract sector in Ireland, with not just any contract fabrics but fit for purpose, beautifully designed and coloured contract textiles backed by the fantastic Romo Logistical support.Romo Contract_Habanera_Shot_2_Upholstery-16_HR webYou can come and meet the ROMO team on stand 5 at this years event, check out their exhibitor profile here. You can also register to attend this event for free here
